Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be tried on over your own garments and remain in its original packaging.

Package Your Items
Place your items back in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene strips are intact and secure.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized local collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
